Hi Biznatchbox, i am still waiting on a confirmation that my order has shipped… was told i’d get one before labor day holiday and still nothing. no email to confirm shipment and no email with tracking number… i was given a tracking number earlier but it was just a notification to UPS of a package which UPS never got and was eventually canceled.
I am guessing this is a 1 man operation but can you get back to me… sorry dont have aim to talk with you. Is there a number I can call you with during the week?

Ok update on my order… I never did get that email with a tracking number but UPS showed up today and delivered a box to me at work. Since I am at work I cant check to see if everything checks out or not. The box is just the Hori box… no packaging besides it… I did file a dispute with Paypal earlier today as well… I’ll cancel it once I get home. I cant say this transaction has been pleasant… but thats due to the lack of communication and the fact that I was charged right when I placed my order. It wouldnt of been that bad if I was charged when the order shipped. However from the looks of things this has been resolved. I would suggest that you keep your customers updated and give a more realistic time frame of when the orders will be processed.

I ordered the HRAP3 on May 12th and still I don’t know when its going to arrive. Harry told me that it was going to ship out on May 30th and that I’d get a tracking number that day. I haven’t received a tracking number or my arcade stick yet so I’d like to get a reply that hopefully explains what happened.
